Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from credit approved customers. In order to pay by purchase order, you must select "Purchase Order" as the payment method during the checkout process. Once complete, you may fax your purchase order to 413-789-3598, or e-mail it to orders@cscforce.com. If you have not been granted credit terms yet, or are a new customer, please be sure to send 3 trade references as well as bank account information for verification. Our terms are net 30 days with credit approval. Customers will be invoiced on the day the order is shipped. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
International Orders
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at time of checkout.
International orders are accepted, and payment by wire transfer is REQUIRED. A $35 fee applies to wire transfer orders. Please select the "Wire Transfer" payment method when checking out. A representative will be in touch with you to provide you with our bank account details. No international orders will be shipped unless paid for in full in advance.
Credit Card Orders
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted. A temporary authorization is placed on your credit card at the time of order, and the funds withdrawn from your credit card at time of shipment. Although we utilize industry standard encryption methods, some customers do not like to send their credit card information across the internet. In this case, please select "Phone Ordering" as the payment method upon checkout. Please be sure to call us at 1-800-866-3672 to provide us with your credit card number between 8AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within 24 business hours of order placement. If ISO17025 Accredited Calibration is selected, shipment may be delayed by 3 days to 2 weeks. If delivery is critical, and you require Accredited Calibration, please contact customer service at 800-866-3672 as we can usually place rushes on orders under special circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at time of checkout, unless the items you are purchasing include free shipping. Some items may not be combined for shipping. We reserve the right to make separate shipments as required.
Hours of Operation
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST, excluding holidays.
Product Support
All products purchased from C.S.C. Force Measurement receive the industry leading support that we are known for!. This includes free technical support for as long as you own the equipment, as well as applications support for helping you find new uses for the equipment you already own. Most warranty repair work is performed by C.S.C., and non warranty repair work may also be provided at additional cost.
ISO17025 Accredited Laboratory
C.S.C Force Measurement, Inc. maintains an ISO17025 Accredited calibration laboratory. We provide calibration due notices to our customers, reminding them when items are due for calibration.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for typographical errors, and reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Images shown do not necessarily represent the actual product being order. On certain occasions, products may be pictured with accessories that are not included with the product. It is the customers responsibility to view spec sheets and product detail pages for a listing of included accessories. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company, or by unforeseen circumstances. We do make every effort to ship on time, every time, but sometimes things such as weather inhibit our ability to make delivery on time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are required to ship returns pre-paid, with prior approval. All returns must be in new condition, and within 30 days of the date of order shipment. Shipping charges are never refundable. Under certain circumstances, we may elect to provide the customer with an exchange of a different capacity, or different options. Shipping costs associated with the return of defective equipment is the responsibility of the customer. It is required that the customer contact our technical support staff at 800-866-3672 prior to sending back any defective gauges. Defective items returned will be either repaired or replaced at C.S.C.'s, or the manufacturers discretion. Any sign of abuse will disqualify the unit for warranty repair. In the event the customer returns a defective item and elects to receive a refund, our normal 20% restocking fee will apply.
